Can I cancel or get a refund?
Both, and on your own. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard — your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and you won’t be charged again. Or, within 30 days of your first payment, use Request a refund for a 30-day money-back guarantee: whatever way you paid, we issue the refund immediately (the money typically lands back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days) and your access ends right away. A refund is one-time per account and per payment method — once a payment method has been refunded, it can’t use the guarantee again on any STARCHAN account.
What’s the difference between Practitioner and Pro?
Reading and posting are free for everyone with an account. Practitioner adds the complete instrument — full Luna access, the entire divisional suite, and saved charts. Pro is a deeper tier still taking shape; we’ll announce what it holds when it opens. Existing subscribers will be able to upgrade.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. All open boards and threads are public and readable without an account. You only need to register to post, save charts, or access the Luna application.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card details on our servers — only a Stripe customer reference tied to your subscription status.
What is Luna?
Luna is our dedicated Vedic astrology application — chart calculation, dasha timelines, divisional charts, and more. Practitioner and Pro subscribers get full access through the companion app shell.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel, anytime from your account dashboard. When Pro opens, existing subscribers will be able to upgrade.
